My approach
I support youth (12+) and adults through a range of struggles including trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, grief, and self worth. As a woman with both Mohawk and settler ancestry, I support you holistically and balance your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual parts.
My approach is laid-back, warm, and non-judgmental. It's important to me that you feel at ease and I appreciate you showing up as your authentic self. I am honoured to hold space for your most difficult emotions and help you uncover your most loving, protective, genuine parts. I find people fascinating and enjoy being a detective - I'm always searching for connections between your current struggles and how they are rooted in past experiences. Whether you visit me at my home office or in the field with the horses, I use a blend of my trainings and experience to build a relationship with you based on trust, empathy, and attunement.
